Focaccia

Focaccia recipe :

250g 01 Flour Blend

7g fast action yeast

5g salt

250g water (body temp)

10g olive oil

 

-Beat together all ingredients to create a thick, sticky dough.

-Spread dough out onto a well oiled non stick tray, cover and allow to rise for 45 minutes.

-Drizzle with more olive oil and, using oiled fingers, dimple the dough to create that iconic focaccia finish.

-Sprinkle over some flakes of sea salt and bake at 220C/200C fan for 20-25 minutes.

-Allow to cool before serving.
