Refund policy

To return an unwanted item, please contact us within 2 working days from delivery.

The product(s) must be unopened and bear no damage to be considered for return. 

All cases will be considered on an individual basis.

Where a return is agreed by Other Flours, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of this return.

A refund will only be issued on receipt of the unwanted item(s).
