Our plain flour blend can improve any recipe currently using an off the shelf gluten free plain flour blend.

This combination of premium flours has been developed alongside Michelin starred chefs, to achieve the very best blend!

This blend can be used in everything from cakes and biscuits to pancakes and white sauces.

Ingredients: Rice flour, gluten free wheat starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, maize flour.
