Panko crumb

A gluten free panko crumb created from a unique blend of textured potato and rice crumb. This innovative take on panko breadcrumbs yields a crisp, shard like texture and a beautiful golden fry.

Instructions :

•  Prepare seasoned potato starch, beaten egg (or vegan equivalent) and panko crumb in separate bowls.
• Dust your ingredient in potato starch, then dip and coat in egg (or vegan equivalent), then thoroughly coat in panko crumb.
• Deep fry at 180C until golden brown and cooked through.
• Drain excess oil and serve.

Ingredients - Potatoes, rice flour, water, dextrose, vegetable fibre, salt (contains E535 anticaking agent), mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), caramelised sugar syrup, paprika extract.
