Crisp, crunchy and spicy coating for the ultimate gluten free fried chicken or cauliflower wings. Easy to use, gluten free, dairy free, no MSG or celery salt. It makes THE BEST buttermilk chicken burgers!
Deep frying:
-Marinate your ingredient in seasoned buttermilk or vegan alternative.
–Dredge ingredient pieces in the coating thoroughly, then leave for 5 minutes before deep frying.
-Shake off any excess coating and deep fry at 170C until golden and cooked through.
-Drain off any excess oil and serve.
Air frying:
-Marinate your ingredient in seasoned buttermilk or vegan alternative.
-Dredge ingredient pieces in the coating thoroughly, then leave for 20 minutes so the coating can be fully absorbed.
-Shake off any excess coating, spray with oil and air fry at 190C (turning every 3 minutes) until golden and cooked through.
Ingredients - Potato starch, cornflour, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chilli powder, onion powder, white pepper.
